All the rooms at Baansrisuthum 2 House have air conditioning. The rooms include a large single room, a double room, a standard room, a one-bedroom apartment and a quadruple room with a private bathroom, which sleeps up to four guests in bunk beds.

Several rooms measure 27 m² and sleep up to two guests, with a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator and an electric kettle, and streaming services such as Netflix are available in several of them.

Donsak Pier is about 2.1 km away, the port for ferries that link the mainland with the islands, and Wat Khao Suwan Pradit, a pagoda-style temple, sits 550 m from the property. Nangkam Beach is 7.4 km away on the coast. The mainland Surat Thani Airport is 63 km away, while Samui Airport is on Koh Samui, across the water.

A day could begin at the temple nearby, continue to Nangkam Beach and finish at Donsak Pier, where the ferry crossings to the islands leave from. Surat Thani city is worth a separate outing for the City Pillar Shrine and, in the evening, the Night Market. The temple, the pier and the beach are all within about 8 km of the property, so a day out can stay close to home. A car makes the wider district easier to explore.
