The rooms at Baan Suan Villa 1 include a 28 m² standard double with a private bathroom, a 54 m² sea-view apartment with a bathtub, and a 45 m² two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms that sleeps up to four guests. Some rooms have air conditioning, and sea views and mountain views are offered in different rooms.

Several rooms have a walk-in shower and a hair dryer, and flat-screen TVs feature in some of them. The Family Triple Room sleeps up to ten guests in 54 m², with a mountain view, and the Two Bedroom Suite gives two bedrooms to larger groups. Free WiFi is available in all rooms.

Patong Beach is 1.6 km away, and Bangla Road, the street of bars and nightlife that runs through Patong, is close by. The Big Buddha, 6.8 km from the resort, is one of Phuket's best-known landmarks, a large white statue on a hilltop, and Wat Chalong, 5.6 km away, is one of the island's best-known Buddhist temples. Phuket International Airport is 24.8 km away, and the resort is on the island, so the trip from the airport is made by road.

A day here can combine a swim at Karon or Kata beach with the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong in the afternoon, then an evening in Patong. Phuket FantaSea, the cultural theme park and show, is 8 km away for an evening out. In the evening the Patong night markets and streets fill with food stalls, and Bangla Road is the liveliest street of the area after dark.
