Baan Saen Sook Villas

The rooms at Baan Saen Sook Villas range from bungalows to two-bedroom suites, with family rooms and a deluxe family room for larger parties. Rooms can have air conditioning, linens, mirrors, towels, a seating area, a sofa and a balcony or terrace, depending on the room you book.

A 70 m² two-bedroom suite sleeps up to five guests, and a 70 m² Deluxe Family Room sleeps up to four. Bungalows of 43 m² sleep up to three guests, and the 50 m² Deluxe Double Room sleeps up to two.

The grounds, with a garden and an outdoor pool, give a quieter base after a day on the sand.

Wat Chaweng, a temple with a pagoda, is 650 m from the resort, and Samui Airport (USM) is 2.2 km away. The large seated Buddha on a hill near Bophut is 4.1 km away, and Fisherman's Village, with its walking street of cafes and shops, is 2.9 km away. Getting around the island usually means a taxi, a hired car or a scooter, and car hire is offered at the resort.

A good day could start at the Big Buddha, then head to the temples around Bophut and Wat Plai Laem, with its large Guanyin statues, before going back to Chaweng for lunch on the sand. In the evening, the walking street at Fisherman's Village is an easy place to go for dinner and a stroll.
