The rooms can have air conditioning, a shower, a mirror and free bottled water. The 24 m² rooms sleep up to two guests and offer a choice of bed set-ups, and a room for up to three guests is allocated on arrival.

This is an everyday, low-rise part of town with markets, small shops and food stalls, so much of it can be explored on foot. The mood is local and unhurried rather than resort-like. Krabi Town is the starting point for many of the boat trips along this coast, and Chaofa Pier is a short walk from the hotel.

Within a short walk are the Krabi Walking Street, 350 m away, the Andaman Art Museum and Wat Kaew Korawaram, a temple with a pagoda. Chaofa Pier, 750 m away, is the ferry terminal for boat trips to the islands. Railay Beach, which is reached only by longtail boat, has limestone cliffs rising from the water, while Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea) is 6.6 km away and Krabi International Airport is 8.3 km away.

A good day can combine a boat trip from Chaofa Pier to Poda Island or Tup Island with an afternoon at Tiger Cave Temple, where the stairway to the top is a steep climb, and an evening at the night markets of Krabi Town. Because the hotel is on the mainland, the boat trips start from the pier rather than from the hotel door.
