Several rooms at Baan Rim Klong Resort have a garden view, including the Sweet Home and the Garden Home. The Garden Home measures 38 m² and sleeps up to four guests, and the 36 m² Family Home has a balcony or terrace, as the Garden Home does.

Wat Maha That, Wat Sa Si and Wat Sri Chum are among the temples inside the park, and the Ramkhamhaeng National Museum displays artefacts from the Sukhothai era. The museum is a useful stop for putting the ruins into context before walking between the temples.

A day can start at Sukhothai Historical Park and move on to the temples on foot or by bicycle, which the resort rents out. The Saturday Night Market Old Sukhothai, 1.8 km away, is a good place to end it, and Sukhothai Airport is 25.4 km away. The Sukhothai Loi Krathong and Candle Festival is held in the old city each year, so the ruins are also the setting for the festival.
