Baan Panwa Resort

The rooms at Baan Panwa Resort are twin and double rooms, several with a garden view and one with a nature view. Rooms can have air conditioning, an electric kettle, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, an in-room safe box, a fan and a balcony or terrace, along with towels and toiletries.

The superior twin and double rooms measure 44 m² and 40 m² and sleep up to two guests each. The superior rooms have a whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in shower.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a spa with a sauna, massage, a solarium, a library and a private beach, and the grounds include a garden. Watersport equipment rentals, non-motorised water sports, canoeing and bicycles are available on site as well.

Baan Panwa Resort sits on Panwa Cape in Wichit, a sub-district of the Mueang district of Phuket, surrounded by tropical greenery. Phuket Town, the island's main town, is reached by road, and the island is linked to the mainland by a bridge, so guests arriving at Phuket International Airport, 31.5 km away, reach the resort by road. Around the resort the setting is green, and the private beach and the island's temples and waterfalls are all within a drive.

The Ton Ao Yon waterfall, which has a large basin, is 1.9 km from the resort, and Ao Yon Beach is 3.1 km away. Wat Chalong, one of the island's most important temples, is 4.9 km away, and the Big Buddha, a large white statue on the hills above the island, is 7.4 km away. A local market, Baan Borae, is close by, and the Chalong Pier, where boats leave for nearby islands, is also in the area.

A full day could start at the waterfall and the beach, then continue to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, before returning to the resort for a meal or a swim in the pool. Kata and Karon beaches are also a drive away, so the resort works well as a place to come back to after a day of sightseeing.
