Every room at Baan One Love Garden Ayutthaya has air conditioning and a private entrance. The rooms measure between 25 and 30 m², and most of them overlook the garden, while one studio has a city view.

Beds are double or queen beds for two guests, and one triple room has three single beds for up to three guests. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace, and others add soundproofing, a dining table or a walk-in shower, and most have a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries. Some rooms also have blackout curtains and a desk. Extra beds depend on the room you choose.

A visit can combine temples, museums and an evening market in a single day.

Wat Mahathat, known for its Buddha head set among tree roots, is 450 m from the property, and the Thai Boat Museum is close by. The Chantharakasem National Museum is 800 m away, and Wat Chaiwatthanaram, a Khmer-style temple on the Chao Phraya River, is 3.6 km away. Ayutthaya Train Station is 1.3 km away and has trains to and from Bangkok, so the town can be reached by rail as well as by road.

A good day could begin at Wat Mahathat and continue to Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, which stands in the former royal palace grounds, before exploring the wider Historic City of Ayutthaya. In the evening, the Hua Raw Night Market is nearby. The Ayothaya Floating Market & Elephant Village makes another day out, and tours can be arranged through the property for guests who prefer a guided day.
