Baan Mook Anda Hostel

Baan Mook Anda Hostel offers mixed dormitories with bunk beds and single beds, alongside a double room and a standard double room. Some dormitories have air conditioning, and the rooms range from the dormitory beds to a standard double room for up to three guests.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and daily housekeeping is offered. Guests in the mixed dormitories share the space with other guests of both sexes.

Baan Mook Anda Hostel stands in Saladan, the village around the main pier on Koh Lanta, an island in the Andaman Sea off the coast of Krabi province. The area is a mix of village streets, dive shops and ferry traffic, and it is a practical base for travellers who want to be close to the sea and the boats. Koh Lanta is reached by boat, so the sea is part of getting here and getting around. The island's small villages and shops can be reached on foot or by bicycle from the pier.

Saladan Pier, 100 m away, is the ferry point linking the island with the mainland, and several diving centres and small shops are close by. Kantiang Bay is 750 m away and Klong Dao Beach 1.6 km, both reachable from the village by the island's roads. The Walking Street food market is also close to the pier.

A day here can start on Klong Dao Beach, a long stretch of sand, and continue to Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 20.8 km away, a protected area of forest and coastline. Krabi International Airport, 50.4 km away on the mainland, is the nearest airport, so the last part of the trip is by boat. In the rainy months, rough sea can disrupt boat trips.
