Baan Hin Sai Resort & Spa offers standard rooms, family suites, villas and a pool suite, with room sizes running from 26 to 72 m². Several rooms have a sea view, including the Seafront Pool Villa and the Family Suite with Sea View, and the Standard room and the Villa look out over the garden.

Family suites sleep five to six guests, and the standard rooms sleep two or three guests. Several rooms have a bathtub, and the bathrooms come with hair dryers and toiletries. Satellite channels, telephones and flat-screen TVs are found in several rooms, and some rooms have free wireless internet access.

Baan Hin Sai Resort & Spa is in Chaweng Noi, one of the beach areas of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand. Koh Samui is an island, so visitors arrive by air or by boat. The island mixes beach resorts with villages, temples and evening markets, so the area works both as a beach stay and as a base for day trips around the island.

Chaweng Noi Beach is 600 m away, the nearest stretch of sand to the resort. Samui Airport (USM) is 5.7 km away, and the Big Buddha, 8.2 km away, is one of the island's best-known statues. Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks, 5.5 km away, are two rock formations on the coast known locally as Grandma and Grandpa, and Central Festival Samui, a large shopping centre, is nearby. The Lamai Night Market is also close by, and Lamai Beach, further along the coast, has its own stretch of sand.

A good day here could start with a swim at Chaweng Noi Beach, then head to the Hin Ta & Hin Yai rocks and end the day at Fisherman's Village, 7.5 km away, in the evening. Those with more time can add a visit to the Big Buddha before dinner.
