Aple Homestay

The Amphawa Floating Market is 800 m from the property, and the Amphawa Thai Dessert Museum is also 800 m away, close enough to visit alongside the market. The Amphawa Bus Station, 650 m away, is the nearest public transport, so guests without a car have a way into town. The closest sight is Wat Phraya Yat Rue Wat Pak Ngam, a pagoda 200 m away, and the King Rama II Memorial Park, a park honouring the Rama II king, is nearby.

A good day could begin at the Maeklong Railway Market, 4.9 km away, where the train runs through the stalls, and end back in Amphawa at the floating market and along the canal. Exploring on foot along the canal and by boat is the simplest way to take in the town on a first visit.
