The property is a one-bedroom apartment, let as a whole. The apartment has air conditioning, a balcony and terrace, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV, and it comes with a fully equipped kitchen.

Ao Nang Beach is 750 m from the apartment, and Phai Plong Beach is 850 m away. Railay, the limestone peninsula reached only by longtail boat, is one of the closest excursions, and Phra Nang Cave beach lies on its shore. Tup Island, Poda Island and other islands along the coast are reached by boat from the piers in Ao Nang. Tiger Cave Temple, also called Wat Tham Suea, is 14.6 km away and is reached by a long stairway up a hillside. Krabi International Airport lies 18 km away, on the mainland.

One day could start with a longtail boat to Railay, then a swim at Phra Nang Cave beach before returning to Ao Nang. For a quieter afternoon, a boat trip to Tup Island offers a beach of its own. Tiger Cave Temple makes a different outing inland, with its long stairway up the hill. In the evening, the beach road and the town's shops are a short walk from the apartment.
