Andaman Resort

The rooms at Andaman Resort measure between 24 and 36 m² and cover several types, from a superior double room with a park view to a triple with a queen bed and a single bed. Some rooms are non-smoking, and the choice includes fan bungalows and villas.

Several room types sleep up to three guests, among them the superior rooms, the fan bungalow and the beach villa.

The resort has its own private beach, a garden, and a restaurant offering continental breakfast and room service, along with a bar. Massage treatments are available, and a shuttle service is offered.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, portable WiFi can be rented, and Wi-Fi also works in the public areas. A concierge and ticket services are available at the front desk.

Snorkelling, diving, boating and fishing are available, tours can be arranged, and the resort also offers luggage storage, laundry service and daily housekeeping. Shuttle and taxi services are available for getting around, and the garden and the private beach are part of the resort's grounds on Ko Lipe.

Andaman Resort stands on Ko Lipe, a small island in Satun province in the Andaman Sea, in the Sunrise Beach area. The island has no airport, so arrival is by sea, and the village lanes and beaches are close together. Trang Airport is the nearest airport in the resort's data, on the mainland, and boats to the island leave from the mainland.

Karma Beach is 50 m from the resort and Sunrise Beach 100 m, while Sunset Beach is 700 m further on. The Walking Street, the village's main lane, is 900 m away and close to the Ko Lipe Ferry Terminal, where boats arrive. Across the water, Koh Adang, 5.4 km away, is part of Tarutao National Park and can be reached by boat. Other islands such as Koh Sawang and Koh Hin Son lie farther out.

A day could begin on Sunrise Beach and continue with snorkelling or a boat trip to Koh Adang. The resort's bar and its massage treatments make a simple end to the day, and the sea is close enough to be part of every evening on the island. Evenings can also be spent in the village lanes of the Walking Street on the island.
