Every room has air conditioning. The accommodation includes bungalows set around the garden grounds, with garden, beach or ocean views, a standard room with a garden view and a two-bedroom bungalow of 80 m². Capacity runs from two guests in the standard room to four in the two-bedroom bungalow, and the rooms measure 32 to 80 m².

Rooms can have a flat-screen TV, satellite or cable channels, a coffee and tea maker, free bottled water, a mini bar and a refrigerator, and the bungalows can also have a bathtub or a balcony or terrace. Free WiFi is available in all rooms.

Lipa Noi is a village in the Nathon area of Koh Samui, and the resort is set within it, with its own private beach and garden grounds. Nathon, the island's main town, is close by, with its ferry piers, shops and everyday services. Its spa, pools and beach make it a base for days spent on the grounds as well as for outings to the island's temples and waterfalls.

Pang Ka Beach is 2.5 km away for a further stretch of sand. Wat Samuthra Ram, a Buddhist temple, is 1.3 km away, and the Coconut Museum is 3.4 km away. Na Muang Waterfall, one of the island's best-known waterfalls, is 6.8 km away. Samui Airport is 15.2 km away on the island itself, so reaching the resort from there does not need a ferry, and the island's roads link the resort with the rest of Koh Samui, so most of these sights are reached by road.

A good day could start with the resort's beach and pool, continue with a visit to the Coconut Museum and the temple of Wat Samuthra Ram, and end with a walk around Nathon and its ferry piers, where boats leave for the nearby islands.
