Accommodation at AJ Residence ranges from a Standard Double Room of 30 m² for two guests to a Two Bedroom Suite of 60 m² that sleeps up to five. Both 60 m² suites sleep up to five guests, and the Triple Room, at 48 m², sleeps up to three. The rooms have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

City views come with the Standard Double Room, the Standard Twin Room and the Two Bedroom Suite. The Superior Room and the Triple Room have mountain views. Several rooms also have a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee or tea maker.

Mission Hospital Phuket is nearby for anyone who needs medical care.

Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), 9.6 km away, is one of the most revered temples on the island, and Patong Beach, 11.1 km away on the west coast, is the closest of the island's main beaches and is known for its nightlife and water sports. Karon and Kata beaches are farther south and need a longer trip, and Big Buddha Phuket, on its hill, is one of the island's best-known landmarks. A good day could start at Wat Chalong in the morning and finish with dinner in Phuket Town, not far from the property.
