AINNY Residence is on Nanai Road in Patong, the main resort town on Phuket's west coast, where the beach, the bars and the shopping streets sit close together. Hotels, bars and cafés line the streets behind the sand, and the area stays busy into the evening. The area suits guests who want a lively base, with the sea, the nightlife and the shopping all in one place.

Patong Beach is 1.2 km from the hotel, and Jungceylon Shopping Center is 800 m away in the middle of town, a large shopping centre with shops and places to eat. Bangla Road, 1.1 km away, is the best-known nightlife street in Patong, lined with bars and nightclubs. Freedom Beach, 3.2 km away, is a smaller and quieter beach, a change from the busier sand closer to the centre.

A day could start on Patong Beach, continue with a visit to the night market nearby, and end with an evening on Bangla Road. For a quieter day, Freedom Beach offers a different pace, and Phuket Town, the island's historic capital, is a good option for a day out of Patong. Phuket International Airport is 25.1 km away for travellers arriving or leaving by air.
