Greenday Night Market and Central Park Rama II, a large public park, are close by too. The resort offers an airport transfer, and car hire is also available for getting around the city. Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi serve Bangkok, and both airports are a long way from the district, so the transfer is a practical option for arrivals.

A good day could begin at The Grand Palace, 9.2 km away, and Wat Arun on the riverbank, then continue to Asiatique The Riverfront, 7.1 km away, a riverside shopping and dining complex. Khaosan Road, the backpacker street near the old city, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market are further away, and both are worth a longer trip if you have the time. Visitors who prefer a quieter day can spend the morning at the local markets and the temples near the resort, then cross the river to the sights of the old city in the afternoon.
