Rooms at 2 Vikings Restaurant & Guesthouse can include air conditioning, a mini bar, a refrigerator, a closet and an in-room safe, and linens are provided. The superior and Deluxe rooms overlook the courtyard, and the bedding includes king and queen beds.

Rooms of 20 m² sleep up to three guests, and the superior and Deluxe rooms both have a private bathroom with a roll-in shower. Guests travelling as a couple or on their own will also find a double room for up to two guests.

Karon Beach is 400 m away, and Kata Beach is a neighbouring bay reached by the coast road, and it is quieter than the busier beaches of the island. Inland from the coast, the Big Buddha, a white statue on a hilltop, is 1.8 km away, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the island's most important temples, is 4.4 km away. The Karon Night Market, with food stalls and local goods, is also nearby.

Patong Beach, the island's best-known resort area with its nightlife, is 5.8 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 30.8 km away. Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large shopping centre, is in Patong, close to the nightlife of Bangla Road. For a day out, combine a morning at the Big Buddha with an afternoon at Karon Beach, then a meal at the night market in the evening.
