The rooms at Zensation The Residence include suites and superior rooms, most of them with a queen bed. Several have a city view, and the hotel's rooms can have a kitchenette, a mini bar, an in-room safe box and a walk-in shower.

The Family Suite sleeps up to four guests in 60 m², and the Executive Suite measures 45 m² with a bathtub and a city view. Rooms can also have blackout curtains, air conditioning, a sofa or a separate living room, depending on the room you book.

Zensation The Residence has a fitness centre, a hot tub, a sauna, a steam room and a spa and sauna, with a garden and a terrace on the premises.

Saint Louis BTS Station is about 850 m from the hotel, so the Skytrain links you with the rest of the city. Nearby sights include the Jim Thompson House, a historic Thai house museum 3.9 km away, and Asiatique - The Riverfront, a riverside complex with shops and restaurants. The Pung Tao Kong Shrine, a Chinese shrine, is about 250 m from the hotel, and Chong Nonsi Canal Park, a green space beside the canal, is nearby. Wat Slamabucha Tein Leng Yee, another Chinese temple, is within 500 m of the hotel.

A good day out can start at the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha in the old city, then continue to Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, which is 5.3 km away on the other side of the Chao Phraya river. In the evening, Asiatique - The Riverfront offers a relaxed place to eat by the water.
