Both rooms at Yimwhan House 03, Chao Phrom Market Pier measure 75 m² and come with air conditioning, a TV, a hair dryer and toiletries. One room sleeps up to six guests and the other up to seven, and both have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Yimwhan House 03, Chao Phrom Market Pier, stands on the bank of the Chao Phraya River in Ayutthaya, the former capital of Siam whose historic core is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The riverside around it is a working district of shophouses, markets and ferry landings, and the temples of the old city lie within a few kilometres. Its ruins and river setting feel very different from Bangkok.

The Chao Phrom Market Pier is 50 m away, and Ayutthaya Train Station is 300 m away, so both river and rail links are close to the house. Trains from Bangkok stop at the station. Wat Mahathat, known for a Buddha head held among the roots of a tree, is 1.4 km away. Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, the former royal temple in the palace grounds, is 2.4 km away, and Wat Chaiwatthanaram, a riverside temple with a Khmer-style prang, is 4.5 km away.

A good day could start at Wat Mahathat and take in Wat Phra Sri Sanphet and Wat Chaiwatthanaram, then end at the river with a meal close to the pier. The Ayothaya Floating Market & Elephant Village is also nearby, and the Na Wang Night Market lies in the same area.
