XMP Hotel

Every room at XMP Hotel has air conditioning and a private entrance, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The rooms measure 15, 20 and 40 m², and each one has a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels. Each room also has linens, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a socket near the bed. The beds run from a single bed to a queen bed.

Wat Chalong, one of the island's most important temples, is 7.8 km away.

Within a few hundred metres of the hotel you will find the Peranakan Museum, 550 m away, and Wat Mongkol Nimit, a Buddhist pagoda, as well as the Sangtham Shrine, 200 m away. The Lard Yai Sunday Night Market is also nearby, an evening market in the old town with food stalls and local goods. A local bus station is 150 m from the hotel, so the buses are close at hand.

A good day could begin with a walk through the old town's lanes and visits to the Peranakan Museum and the Phuket Philatelic Museum, then an evening at the Lard Yai Sunday Night Market. For the beaches and the Big Buddha, you will need transport from the town, since the main resorts are some distance away.
