Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's largest markets, is 9.5 km from the hotel and is busiest at weekends. Siam Paragon, a large shopping mall in the Siam district, is further away, while Tawanna Plaza and Bangkapi Market are close by for everyday shopping.

Plan a weekend day at Chatuchak Weekend Market, which is the easiest of these trips to fit into a short visit, or set aside a longer day for the old city, where the Grand Palace is 15.3 km away. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 15.6 km from the hotel, and the airport is reached by road from here, so it is a straightforward trip when you leave the city.
