Every bedroom on the penthouse floor has air conditioning and its own en-suite bathroom, and each one sleeps up to eight guests. The bedrooms are spread across the floor, so the group can settle in with plenty of privacy.

The living area and kitchen are for the whole group, with a sofa, a dining area for six to eight guests and city views from the large windows.

Pets are allowed at the property, and smoking is not permitted. The bathrooms have walk-in showers, hot water, modern fixtures and a hair dryer, and fresh linens and towels are provided.

There is no elevator, so the team can help with luggage, and the property can arrange extras on request. The kitchen comes with cookware, plates and glasses for the whole group.

Patong is the busiest beach town on Phuket, with a long sandy beach, an evening scene that spreads through the streets behind it, and Bangla Road as its best-known nightlife street. Wink Hill 2 Patong Beach stands next to a main road in the town, 900 m from Patong Beach, so the sand, the bars and the night markets are all close at hand. Street-food stalls and shops fill the streets nearby.

Karon Beach is a wide sandy bay 2.1 km away, quieter than Patong, and the island is linked by road, so it is reached by taxi or car. Closer to the building are the Chinese Temple and the Malin Plaza market, and the Dragon Night Market is nearby. Big Buddha Phuket, a hilltop statue 6.1 km away, gives a wide view over the island, while Phuket FantaSea, a theme park with a cultural show in Kamala, is 8.7 km away.

The island is big enough for a full day out. A good route starts with Karon Beach, continues to Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), the most revered temple complex on Phuket, then visits the Big Buddha, and ends with the cultural show at Phuket FantaSea in the evening. Travel between the stops is by road, so plan the day around taxi or car journeys.
