Willow Pillow offers rooms from a 16 m² Standard Room with a countryside view to a 50 m² Family Suite with city views, a shower and a flat-screen TV. A budget twin room with two single beds and a 30 m² ensuite bedroom are also offered, while a 25 m² Deluxe Balcony has a queen bed and a city view.

Rooms can have air conditioning, a hair dryer, toiletries and towels, and several have a private bathroom. The Family Suite sleeps up to five guests with a choice of bed set-ups. A bunk bed in a mixed dormitory is offered for one guest, and a 25 m² Deluxe Room with Balcony has a queen bed for up to two guests.

The property has a shared lounge and TV area, a coffee shop and a shared kitchen, along with a terrace. Luggage storage and lockers are available, and bicycle parking is on site. Air conditioning is also offered in the public areas.

The night market, the bus terminal and the railway station are close together.

The Chumphon Night Market is the closest landmark, and the railway station is a short distance further on, so a walk through the neighbourhood is a simple way to see it. Locomotive monuments stand close to the guesthouse, so the railway is part of the everyday scenery. Wat Samkeo, a Buddhist temple, lies about 2.1 km away, and the Chumphon National Museum, which covers the province's history, is 2.8 km away.

A useful day could begin with the night market in the evening, then head out to the temples and the museum. The Chumphon Monkey School, 4.1 km away, is where macaques are trained to pick coconuts, and a taxi or songthaew is the easiest way to reach it. Back at the guesthouse, the shared lounge and TV area gives you a quiet place to plan the next day.
