The apartment covers 100 m² across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a city view and a choice of bed set-ups. Its equipment includes an electric kettle, a hair dryer, toiletries, towels and a shower, with a private bathroom.

It is a city setting rather than a beach resort, with street food and everyday shopping close at hand.

Hat Yai Railway Station is 150 m away, and Hat Yai International Airport is 11 km away. Wat Hat Yai Nai, a Buddhist temple 1.3 km away, and the Asean Night Bazaar, 2.3 km away, make an easy pair of visits in one afternoon and evening, with the bazaar's stalls and food to try.

For a day outside the city, Namtok Ton Nga Chang is a waterfall 26.3 km away.
