The whole property is one private home of 225 m², with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to six guests. Air conditioning, a TV, linens, a hair dryer and toiletries come with the house, and the bedrooms can be set up with a choice of bed set-ups.

The house also has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave and a stove, plus a desk, a closet and ironing facilities. The property also has a balcony or terrace and a garden or backyard.

Parking is free at the property, and the kitchen is well equipped, with a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a stove, dishes and dining utensils, and kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments. The house is on Sukhumvit Road, in the part of Bangkok near Thonglor and Ekkamai. Sukhumvit is the city's long commercial spine, with office towers, local food stalls and international restaurants, and the side streets around the house hold cafés, shops and small galleries. Sukhumvit also has a long run of hotels, apartment blocks and office buildings, so the streets are rarely quiet. The area is busy and cosmopolitan.

Ekkamai BTS station, 1.2 km away, is the nearest Skytrain stop, and the line runs through the central shopping districts of Siam and Chit Lom. Thong Lor Art Space is 300 m away, and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 17.8 km from the house. Free parking is available on site for guests who drive.

A day out could start with the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, both on the Chao Phraya River and about 11 km from the house, which is a longer trip across the city, and a river boat along the Chao Phraya is a classic way to link the two sites. The Jim Thompson House, a historic teak house museum in central Bangkok, is another stop, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market, a large market with thousands of stalls, is busiest at weekends.
