Baan Kamala Temple is about 300 m away, and Phuket FantaSea, a large theme park with a cultural show, is about 1 km. Bang Wan Waterfall, a short drive inland, is 2.3 km away, and Patong Beach, with its nightlife and restaurants, is 5 km from the hotel. Kamala Night Market is also nearby, with local food stalls in the evening.

Phuket International Airport is the nearest airport, and the island is joined to the mainland by a bridge, so arrivals come by road. For day trips, a car or taxi is useful for reaching the Big Buddha and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), and Phuket Town, the island's main town, lies further away and suits a longer outing. Phuket is large enough that a day out can cover a beach, a temple and a viewpoint, so a hire car or taxi gives more choice than walking.
