A forest park and a temple lie close by, both within 700 m.

Ari BTS station and Thailand Cultural Centre MRT station are each 1.6 km away, so the Skytrain and the subway are a practical way to reach the centre. Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest markets in the city, lies 3 km away and is busy on weekends. Don Mueang airport is 16.2 km away, the closer of the two main airports.

A good day could start at Chatuchak Weekend Market, then continue by train into the centre for Siam Paragon and the Jim Thompson House, a museum set in traditional Thai houses. The Huay Kwang Night Bazaar is a night market close to the property, and the Grand Palace, 7.8 km away, and Wat Arun on the river are the main sights of the old city.
