The Family room has a king bed and bunk beds for up to four guests, with a bathtub. The Deluxe and Superior rooms each sleep up to two guests and look out over the city.

Pratunam is a busy commercial district in central Bangkok, known for its wholesale clothing markets, where the streets fill with street food stalls, clothing shops and shoppers. The hotel stands on Phaya Thai Road in the Ratchathewi district, a neighbourhood of shopping malls, offices and historic houses that works well as a base for both shopping and sightseeing.

The Phaya Thai BTS station is nearby, a Skytrain link to much of central Bangkok, and the Phaya Thai Train Station is 250 m away, where the Airport Rail Link runs to Suvarnabhumi Airport, 24.3 km from the hotel. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 850 m away, and Jim Thompson House, the former home of the silk entrepreneur, is also close by. Don Mueang Airport, 19.2 km away, is the other airport option for flights. The Grand Palace, 4.8 km away, is the best-known sight in the old city.

A good day could begin with a walk to Jim Thompson House and the Suan Pakkad Palace museum, both set among restored traditional Thai houses, then continue to the Grand Palace and Wat Arun on the Chao Phraya riverbank. On weekends, the Chatuchak Weekend Market is one of Bangkok's largest markets, with thousands of stalls.
