Every apartment at Villa Versace Residence has an electric kettle, a hair dryer, toiletries and towels, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV. Sizes run from 30 to 120 m², and the apartments sleep from two to five guests, with single, queen, king and sofa beds.

Some apartments have a sea view, a terrace or a balcony, and some have a whirlpool bathtub. Air conditioning is fitted in several of them. Each apartment has its own private bathroom, and the choice of beds ranges from single and queen beds to king and sofa beds. The two-bedroom apartment offers 120 m² for up to five guests, and a 30 m² one-bedroom apartment sleeps two.

Villa Versace Residence is on Phrabarami Road in this district, so the sea, the shops and the evening life are all close at hand. The area stays busy through the day as well, with markets and massage shops along the main roads.

Patong Beach is about 500 m away, and Kalim Beach, 850 m away, is another stretch of sand in Patong. Bangla Road (1.5 km) is the street of bars, clubs and night stalls, and Jungceylon Shopping Center is in the same part of town, with shops and restaurants under one roof. Further afield, Big Buddha Phuket (8.8 km) sits on a hill with wide views over the island, and Phuket International Airport (22.8 km) is the nearest airport.

A day could begin on Patong Beach, continue with a walk to the Jungceylon centre or a visit to the Big Buddha on its hill, and end on Bangla Road. For a quieter afternoon, the residence's own pools and massage treatments offer an alternative close to the apartments. A longer excursion can take in Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's most revered temples, in the south of the island.
