Villa Talosy

Nai Harn Beach is 3.5 km away, and the neighbouring beaches of Kata and Karon are a little further on, so the bays of this part of the island are reached by road.

The main sights are on the hills and around the bays. The Big Buddha, a large seated statue on a hilltop, is 3.4 km away, and Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is one of the island's most important Buddhist temples at 5.3 km. The fishing village of Rawai, with its fish market, is a short way further on, and Rawai Pier is a ferry terminal used for trips to the islands near Phuket.

The beaches of Kata and Karon are close to each other, so a day on the sand can be combined with a visit to the temples or the Big Buddha. A day could also start at the Big Buddha, continue to Wat Chalong, and finish at the fish market in Rawai. For livelier evenings, Patong Beach, the island's best-known resort area, is 10.3 km away and has the nightlife of Bangla Road.
