It is a good area for those who want the sea, the nightlife and the shops close at hand, with a private villa to return to at the end of the day.

Patong Beach is 200 m away, and Kalim Beach, a quieter stretch of sand, is 350 m away. Bangla Road, the street known for its bars and clubs, is 1.7 km from the villa, and Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall, is also nearby. Phuket International Airport (HKT) is 22.6 km away, and free parking on site makes the villa easy to reach by car.

A good day out combines the Big Buddha, 9.2 km away on its hilltop, with Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the island's most important temples. Phuket is linked to the mainland by road, so car trips to the rest of the island are simple. Back in Patong, the night market and the bars of Bangla Road are there for the evening.
