Villa Mina

Villa Mina is let as one villa for up to 16 guests, and its beds can be set up in a choice of ways: a queen bed, a king bed or sofa beds. The villa has air conditioning, a private entrance and ocean views, and a kitchen with basic cookware, oils and condiments.

The villa's shared spaces include a games room with billiards and table tennis, a lounge with a TV area and a solarium, and the garden surrounds the villa, so there is room to spread out outdoors.

The villa also has board games, a game console, a sound system and satellite and cable channels, a telephone, and there is an airport transfer service. The games room and the shared lounge with its TV area are both shared spaces for guests to use together.

For cooking, the kitchen has basic cookware, oils and condiments, and there is a BBQ grill and grocery delivery. Western breakfast is offered, and pets are allowed, with charges that may apply.

Villa Mina is in Patong, one of the best-known resort areas on Phuket. Patong Beach is 350 m away, and the streets between the beach and the villa are lined with restaurants, bars and shops, so food and nightlife are close at hand.

Bangla Road, the nightlife street with bars and street stalls, is 1.6 km away, and Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall with shops and restaurants, is 1.7 km. Further afield, Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 7.8 km away and is one of the most revered temples on the island, and the Big Buddha Phuket stands on a hilltop 9 km away with wide views over the island.

A day here can start on Patong Beach, continue with a visit to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha in the afternoon, and finish with dinner on Bangla Road. Phuket is joined to the mainland by a bridge, and the airport is on the island, so the drive from the airport is by road. Patong Beach is the closest of them to the villa, so it makes a natural first stop before the temples and the hilltop statue, with the evening then spent on Bangla Road and its bars and street stalls.
