The whole villa is let as one property, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms over 375 m² and a garden view. Its layout gives a group space to spread out, with a private pool and a hot tub in the grounds.

The house comes with an electric kettle, cleaning products, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer, plus satellite and cable channels, a streaming service such as Netflix, and board games and puzzles.

Rawai is a village in the south of Phuket, quieter than the beach towns of Patong and Kata and better suited to guests who want a house with its own pool than a resort strip. The pace is relaxed, the sea is close by, and the roads hold a mix of small shops and cafés that give the village its everyday feel.

Chalong Beach is 1.3 km from the villa, and Big Buddha, the large white Buddha statue on Nakkerd Hills, is 2.3 km away. Wat Chalong, one of the most visited temples on the island, lies 3.4 km away, and Chalong Pier is a ferry terminal for boats to the nearby islands. Phuket International Airport is 32.8 km away, and the property offers an airport transfer.

A day could start early at Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, then continue to Chalong Beach and end back at the villa with a swim in the private pool, after a day of temples and beaches. Kata and Patong are both reachable for a longer beach day, with Patong the busier of the two. A night market is also close by, so the evening can be spent out as well as at the pool.
