The villa is let as a single property: its five bedrooms and six bathrooms make up a 400 m² house that sleeps up to ten guests. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, heating, a television with satellite and cable channels, and a desk are all part of the house.

The village suits those who want to be near the water without the bustle of the main resort strips.

The Big Buddha, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 4.5 km from the villa and gives wide views over the island. Chaithararam Temple, better known as Wat Chalong, is Phuket's most important temple and lies 6.8 km away. Phuket International Airport is 36 km from the villa, and because the island is linked to the mainland by road, the drive from the airport is by road as well, with a car or taxi the easiest way to reach the temples and beaches of the south.

A good day could start with a swim at Nai Harn Beach, continue with a visit to the Big Buddha in the afternoon, and end back at the villa in the hot tub. The fish market and the pier are a short way from the house and show the fishing life of the village, which is a pleasant contrast to the pool and the gardens at the villa.
