Villa By The Tarna

Every room at Villa By The Tarna sleeps up to three guests, and the rooms are all villas. Some have sea views, and two of them have a balcony.

Ko Tao is a small island in the Gulf of Thailand, and Villa By The Tarna is in Sairee, the island's main beach village. The area is known for diving and has a relaxed beach-town feel, with the sea close by and the village nearby. Much of the island's diving is based in Sairee.

Sairee Beach is 1 km from the property, and the Top of the rock viewpoint is 500 m away. Ao Tanot Bay, 1.8 km away, is another bay with a beach, and Koh Nang Yuan, 3.4 km away, is a group of small islands reached by boat. The Pagoda is also close to the village centre, and Mango Bay, another beach on the island, is also nearby.

A day could begin with diving, snorkelling or a boat trip to Koh Nang Yuan, followed by a walk to the viewpoint or to Sairee Beach. Ko Tao is small, so the bays and viewpoints nearby can be combined in a single day, with the sea in view for much of the route. Samui Airport, 65.8 km away, is reached through a boat crossing from Ko Samui, as there is no road link between Ko Samui and the island.
