The rooms at Venice Resort can have individual air conditioning, blackout curtains, a desk, a seating area and a mini bar, along with a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries. The rooms can also have a refrigerator and an electric kettle, with free bottled water provided.

Within a short distance are Wat Klang Khlong Si, a pagoda, and Thanya Golf Course, and the Sai Mai Night Market is a little further on. For the sights of central Bangkok, Khu Khot BTS Station is 4.3 km from the hotel, and Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the city's best-known weekend markets, is 22.1 km away. The Grand Palace is 30.3 km away and Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn on the Chao Phraya River, is 31 km away.

A full day could start at Chatuchak Weekend Market and continue with the Grand Palace and Wat Arun later on. The Jim Thompson House, a teak museum of Thai silk, is another stop in the central sights, and it makes a quiet half-day visit before the markets. Back at the hotel, parking is free on site for guests who drive, and the front desk is staffed around the clock.
