VELA Dhi GLOW Pratunam

The area has a mix of hotels, malls and street stalls, and the Phaya Thai Train Station is also close by.

Siam Paragon, a large shopping mall with an aquarium, is 600 m away and MBK Center is 1.1 km off. Wat Pathum Wanaram, a temple with a pagoda and a museum dedicated to the monk Phra Achan Man, is nearby. The Airport Rail Link at Ratchaprarop Station runs to Suvarnabhumi Airport and connects with the BTS Skytrain at Phaya Thai, and the Grand Palace is 5.1 km away while the Chatuchak Weekend Market is 5.5 km away.

A day in the area could start at Wat Pathum Wanaram, continue at the Jim Thompson House, a teak house museum of Thai silk and art, and end with the shops and the Sea Life aquarium at Siam Paragon. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, which is open at weekends, is a trip for a separate day.
