Unotel Karon Beach

Rooms at Unotel Karon Beach range from double rooms with a street or city view to a room that sleeps up to seven guests. The Superior Room and the Standard Room each measure 25 m², and the Family & Friends room, also 25 m², has a choice of bed set-ups for up to three guests.

The hotel is on Patak Road in Karon, so the beach and the local shops are a short walk away.

Karon Beach is 250 m from the hotel, and the neighbouring Kata Beach, 2.6 km away along the same coastline, is the next sandy bay. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 4.5 km away and is one of the most revered temples on the island, while the Big Buddha Phuket, a large seated statue on a hilltop, sits 3 km away and gives wide views across the island. The hotel offers a taxi service, and tours and ticket services can be arranged at the property.

A full day could start with a morning on Karon Beach, continue with the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong in the afternoon, and end with a walk to the Karon Night Market, a short distance from the hotel. Kata Beach makes a good second beach stop, and the hotel's restaurant and bar are there for a meal or a drink once the day's sightseeing is done.
