Twenty Three

Air conditioning is standard in the rooms at Twenty Three, and every room has a queen bed and is set for up to two guests. The accommodation is made up of studios and a one-bedroom suite, each with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV.

The two studios measure 28 m² and the one-bedroom suite measures 46 m². The Studio City View and the One-Bedroom Suite City View both look out over the city, and the suite has a bathtub.

Twenty Three has an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre, and guests can relax in the shared lounge and TV area. The rooftop area and the elevator complete the common spaces, and the property is smoke-free, with non-smoking rooms available.

Twenty Three is on Sukhumvit Soi 23 in the Khlong Toei Nuea area of Bangkok's Watthana District. The soi mixes residential lanes with restaurants, bars and an evening scene, and it is a part of the Sukhumvit corridor with rail stations close by.

The Sukhumvit MRT station is 250 m from the hotel and Asok BTS Station is 400 m away, so the metro and the skytrain both take you across the city. Siam Paragon, the large shopping centre in the Siam area, is 3.1 km away, and the Jim Thompson House, the former home of the silk entrepreneur Jim Thompson, is 3.9 km away. Closer to the hotel are The Siam Society museum and Soi Cowboy, the nightlife street of the soi. Massage shops and small businesses line the soi close to the hotel, and the area stays busy into the evening.

For a day of sightseeing, the Grand Palace is 7.8 km away, and Wat Arun sits across the Chao Phraya River from it. Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's largest markets, is further north and makes a full day out, with stalls selling everything from clothes to plants and food, and it is a good place to spend an afternoon.
