Long Beach, Koh Lanta runs along the shore close to the hotel, and Ao Hin Ta Re is another beach a little further along the coast. Lanta Muay Thai Academy and the Lanta Sport Complex sit close to the hotel as well. The Khlong Dao Muay Thai Stadium is about 3 km away, where Thai boxing is held. Lanta Old Town, the island's older settlement, is 9.8 km away. Krabi International Airport is 56.1 km away on the mainland, and because Koh Lanta has no bridge, the last part of the trip is by boat.

A good day can begin on the beach and continue to Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 15.8 km from the hotel, which covers part of the island and its surroundings. A butterfly farm and garden are also nearby, and in the rainy months boat trips can be called off when the sea is rough.
