Every room at Tommy Apartment - main road has a balcony or terrace, and the rooms measure between 22 and 25 m². Each room has one bed, either a queen or a double, for up to two guests, along with a private bathroom with a shower. Several rooms look onto the garden.

Sairee Beach is a long stretch of sand lined with dive shops and bars, and the Sairee Viewpoint, 1.3 km away, overlooks it. Koh Nang Yuan, a small island 3.6 km away, is reached by boat from Ko Tao, so a trip there is a day out on the water rather than a walk.

A day here can start with a swim at Haad Ao Mae, continue along the coast to Sairee Beach and end at the viewpoint. Diving operators are close to the apartment, and tours and snorkelling are offered at the property. The walk from Haad Ao Mae to Sairee Beach follows the bay, and the sand is close enough to reach on foot from the apartment.
