Every room at TK bed has air conditioning, and the rooms are fitted with a TV with streaming services. They go from an 18 m² studio for up to two guests to a 145 m² villa with a private entrance and room for up to 11 guests, with a suite and a junior suite in between. Bedding varies by room: queen beds feature in several of them, and the villa also includes a sofa bed.

The 83 m² suite and the 39 m² junior suite both have a city view, and the 18 m² studio is soundproofed. Cleaning products and toiletries are provided in every room, and some rooms have a private bathroom while others share one.
