Title III and II by Villacarte

Accommodation at Title III and II by Villacarte ranges from a 29 m² studio to a 77 m² two-bedroom apartment, and all of them have air conditioning. Every apartment has a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle and a hair dryer, with toiletries and towels provided.

Two of the apartments have a sea view, and the two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to four guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. The studio and the sea-view apartment each sleep two guests, and the studio has a double bed.

Title III and II by Villacarte has an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a sauna, along with a 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security. There is an elevator, and safety deposit boxes are available for guests to use.

Rawai is a fishing village at the southern tip of Phuket island, with boats along the shore and a quieter pace than the busier beaches of the west coast. Ra Wai Beach, the nearest beach, is 50 m from the property, and the Rawai fish market is nearby, where local seafood is sold.

Nai Harn Beach is 1.5 km away, and Kata Beach and Karon Beach are a drive further along the coast. The Big Buddha on the hills above the island, 6.3 km from the property, is one of the best-known landmarks on Phuket. Wat Chalong, 8.6 km away, is one of the most revered Buddhist temples on the island, and the Phuket Seashell Museum and the Promthep Cape area are close by. Phuket International Airport is 37.8 km away.

A day could start at the Rawai fish market and end at the Sunsuri Sunset Market, with Nai Harn Beach and the Big Buddha in between. Kata Beach and Karon Beach are a drive away by car, so the south of the island can be seen in a single day, with the Promthep Cape area and the Old Lighthouse on the way, and the Phuket Seashell Museum is close to both.
