The rooms are suites and one-bedroom apartments, and all of them have air conditioning and a bathroom. The units come with an electric kettle, a coffee or tea maker and a full kitchen or kitchenette, and some also have a dining table or a microwave.

The one-bedroom apartments each have a king bed for up to two guests, and one of them has a balcony. The two-bedroom suite on the third floor faces the pool, measures 67 m² and sleeps up to four guests, with a choice of bed set-ups for the group. The apartments are spread over several floors, and the building has a lift to reach the upper ones.

The outdoor swimming pool is the main shared facility, and some rooms have direct pool access. Guests can also use a kitchen, and the rooms can have an in-room safe box, ironing facilities, a washing machine and a refrigerator.

Rawai is a fishing village at the southern tip of Phuket, with a local feel and a small stretch of sand. Ra Wai Beach is 50 m from the property, and the village is built around its working pier and its fish market, where the catch of the day is sold. Life here follows the boats and the fish market more than the resort beaches of the island.

Nai Harn Beach, a sheltered bay on the south coast, is 1.6 km away. The Rawai Pier, 850 m from the property, serves boats to the islands nearby, and the Big Buddha, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 6.2 km away. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 8.5 km away and is one of the most important temples on the island.

A good day could begin with a swim at Ra Wai Beach, then a walk to the fish market and the pier, and an afternoon at Nai Harn Beach or at Big Buddha. Boat trips to the islands can be cancelled when the sea is rough, which happens more often in the rainy months, so it is worth checking the weather before planning a day trip by sea.
