A hospital, a convenience store and an ATM are all within a few hundred metres, and Tops market and Robinson Department Store are also nearby, so everyday errands are easy to handle. For the airport, Hat Yai International Airport is 11.2 km from the hotel.

A good day could begin at Kim Yong Market, continue at the Magic Eye 3D Museum, a museum with local art, and end at the Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai, 1.7 km away, for shopping and food after dark.
