Rooms at THEE Bangkok by TH District are deluxe rooms, grand deluxe rooms and suites, measuring from 20 m² to 37 m². Some have a city view and some have a bathtub, and rooms can include air conditioning, blackout curtains, a private bathroom with a shower and a coffee and tea maker.

Bed set-ups vary by room, with single, double, queen and king beds, and some rooms sleep up to four or five guests. Rooms can also have a desk, a closet, an in-room safe and a refrigerator, along with free bottled water and a welcome drink. Some rooms also have a private entrance.

Sukhumvit Road is one of the main roads of central Bangkok, lined with hotels, offices and shops, and Soi 20 branches off it.

Asok BTS Station and Sukhumvit MRT Station are both about 600 m away, and Benchasiri Park is 450 m from the hotel, a green place for a break from the traffic. Soi Cowboy, the bar street, is 500 m away, while the Jim Thompson House, a museum of traditional Thai houses and art collections, is 4.3 km away.

For a full day out, combine the Grand Palace, 8.1 km away in the old city, with Wat Arun on the river and Wat Phra Chetuphon, a temple known for its reclining Buddha. Khaosan Road, the backpacker street, is in the same part of the city, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market is a large market for food, clothes and crafts, known for its many stalls.
