The suites at THEA Private Suites by TH District include the Presidential Suite and the Terrace Suite, which each measure 170 m² and sleep up to five or six guests, and several suites have a city view. Some suites are two-bedroom layouts, and the Executive Suite, at 160 m², sleeps up to five guests.

Several suites have a bathtub, a walk-in shower or a whirlpool bathtub, and some have bathrobes, hair dryers and an electric kettle. Rooms can also have a desk, a sofa, a seating area, board games and individual air conditioning, and some rooms have a washing machine.

THEA Private Suites by TH District sits on Soi Ekamai 10 in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok, where the Ekkamai and Thonglor districts meet. The area is a lively, largely residential part of the city, with art spaces, cafés and small shops on the side streets, a different pace from the big malls of Siam, and good for an evening walk.

The Ekkamai BTS station is 1.3 km away, and from there the Sukhumvit line reaches Siam, where the Siam Paragon shopping centre stands. Thong Lor Art Space and Thonglor Art Village are close to the hotel, and the Wat That Thong pagoda is also nearby, so a walk through the side streets takes in more than one sight.

A good day can start at the Wat That Thong pagoda, then continue by train to Siam for the shopping centres. The Grand Palace, 11.1 km away in Bangkok's old city, is a longer trip that suits a full day of temples, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 9.1 km away, is one of the largest markets in the city. The Jim Thompson House, a museum of traditional Thai teak houses, is 7.2 km away and gives a look at Thai silk history.
