The Way Patong Hotel

The rooms at The Way Patong Hotel measure 25 to 26 m² and all have a private bathroom with toiletries, towels and a hair dryer, plus a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have air conditioning, and others look over the city.

One room sleeps up to four guests and the others up to two, and housekeeping cleans the rooms every day. Some rooms have a walk-in shower, and the rooms may also include an electric kettle, a refrigerator and an in-room safe box.

The Way Patong Hotel is on Nanai Road in the busiest part of town, close to Patong Beach, so the streets around it stay lively in the evening and the restaurants and bars are never far away.

Bangla Road, the best-known nightlife street in Patong, is 800 m from the hotel, and the Jungceylon Shopping Center is 500 m away. Further afield, Chaithararam Temple, better known as Wat Chalong, is one of Phuket's most important temples and sits 6 km away, while the Big Buddha on a hilltop is 7.1 km away. Phuket International Airport, the nearest airport, is 24.5 km from the hotel, and the trip there is by road across the island.

A day here could start on Patong Beach, continue with the shops at Jungceylon and the night market in the evening, and end on Bangla Road. Kata and Karon beaches lie further south along the coast, and Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha make a good trip into the hills for a change of scene from the beach, with the lively bars and restaurants of Patong waiting back in town for the evening.
