The Twins Hostel

Rooms at The Twins Hostel measure between 10 and 20 m² and range from single beds in dormitory rooms to a queen bed, a double bed, and a triple with one single bed and one double bed. Several rooms have air conditioning and city views.

Khao San Road is 550 m away and is the best-known street of the neighbourhood. The Grand Palace is 1.8 km from the hotel, with the Temple of the Emerald Buddha inside its walls, and Wat Arun, on the Thonburi bank across the river, is 2.5 km away. Phra Arthit pier is nearby for the Chao Phraya express boats, which make the river a practical way to reach the older parts of the city.

Don Mueang International Airport is 20.1 km away and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 28.2 km away, both reachable by taxi from the area. Jim Thompson House, the teak house complex of the American silk entrepreneur, is a good visit for anyone curious about Thai silk and traditional architecture. A day can start with the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, and continue with a walk back through the Khao San lanes, with the Sam Yot MRT station nearby for trips to the rest of the city.
