Every room has air conditioning. The pool-view and garden-view rooms measure 36 m² each, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, and they sleep up to two guests. The one-bedroom apartment measures 46 m² and the two-bedroom apartment 61 m², and both sleep up to four guests.

It suits guests who want a slower stay on the island, with the busier resort areas a drive away, and the beach is the main focus of the days here.

The property is a short walk from the beach, and Phuket International Airport is 2.9 km away. Wat Mongkonwaram, a pagoda, and Sirinart Naiyang Park are close by and can be visited on a walk around the area. Patong Beach lies 19.9 km away, and Bangla Road, Patong's nightlife street, is in the same area.

A good day could start with a swim at the beach and continue with a walk to the sunset viewpoint, 700 m away, before dinner at the Ni Yang Night Market. The property's own pool is a good place to cool off before heading out to the sea. For something different, Splash Jungle Water Park is 3.5 km away, and a visit there fits easily into a day spent by the sea, after a morning on the sand.
